PREP: 5 MINUTES • COOK TIME: 8 MINUTES • TOTAL: 13 MINUTES • SERVES: 2

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
2 (4- to 6-ounce) frozen lobster tails

Directions:

1 Mise en place.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt,
and chives.

Butterfly the lobster tail: Starting at the meaty end of the tail, use kitchen
shears to cut down the center of the top shell.

Stop when you reach the
fanned, wide part of the tail.

Carefully spread apart the meat and the shell
along the cut line, but keep the meat attached where it connects to the wide
part of the tail

Use your hand to gently disconnect the meat from the
bottom of the shell.

Lift the meat up and out of the shell (keeping it
attached at the wide end).

Close the shell under the meat, so the meat rests
on top of the shell.

Place the lobster in the air fryer basket and generously brush the butter
mixture over the meat.

2 Cooking.

Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Put the
assembled pan into Rack Position 2.

Set oven to AirFry at 380°F. Set the
timer and steam for 4 minutes.

Open the Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven and rotate the lobster tails. Brush
them with more of the butter mixture

Reset the timer and steam for 4
minutes more.

The lobster is done when the meat is opaque.
