Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup raw cashews
1 tsp. nutritional yeast
½ tsp. salt
Optional: 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Soak the cashews for 6 hours in water.
Drain and transfer the soaked cashews to a food processor.
Add 1 cup of water and all the other ingredients and blend.
For the best flavor, serve chilled. Enjoy immediately, or store for later.
