Ingredients
¼ cup besan flour
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon chopped chives
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon Ener-G egg replacer ¼ cup water cup Romaine Leafy Green Fresh

½ cup Veggies
1 tablespoon Salsa
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Hot sauce
1 tablespoon Parsley
Directions:
Grab a medium bowl and combine all the ingredients except the greens and veggies.
Leave to stand for five minutes.
Place a skillet over a medium heat and add the oil.
Pour the batter into the pan, spread and Cooking Time: for 3-5 minutes until the edges pull away from the pan.
Add the greens and the veggies of your choice then fold the omelet over.
Cooking Time: for 2 more minutes then pop onto a plate.
Serve with the topping of your choice. Serve and enjoy.
