Lemon Cheese Muffins

1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp lemon extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 true lemon packets
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp baking powder

1. Add all ingredients into the large mixing bowl and beat until

basket. In batches.

3. Cook at 320 F for 14 minutes or until cooked.
