Lemon, Garlic, And Herb Salmon

PREP: 5 MINUTES • COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES • TOTAL: 15 MINUTES • SERVES: 4

Ingredients

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, minced, or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets

Directions:

1 Mise en place

Line the Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven basket with parchment paper.

In a small microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the butter, garlic, salt,
lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.

Place the bowl in the
microwave and cook on low until the butter is completely melted, about 45
seconds.

Meanwhile, place the salmon fillets in the parchment-lined
Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven basket.

Spoon the sauce over the salmon.

2 Cooking

Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Put the assembled pan into
Rack Position 2. Set oven to AirFry at 400°F. Set the timer and bake for 10
minutes.

Since you don’t want to overcook the salmon, begin checking for
doneness at about 8 minutes.

Salmon is done when the flesh is opaque and
flakes easily when tested with a fork.
