Mango Salad With Peanut Dressing

1 head butter lettuce, washed and chopped 1½ cups carrot, shredded

1¼ cups red cabbage, shredded

1 large ripe mango, cubed

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


⅓ cup creamy peanut butter

2½ tablespoons lime juice

1½ tablespoons maple syrup

2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

3 tablespoons coconut aminos

How to Prepare:

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
In a salad bowl, toss in all the vegetables, seasonings, and dressing.
Mix them well then refrigerate to chill. Serve.
