Moist Almond Muffins

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops vanilla protein powder


1. Preheat the cosori air fryer to 350 F.

2. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.

3. Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well

4. Pour batter into the silicone muffin molds and place in the air fryer
basket. In batches.

5. Cook for 15 minutes.

6. Serve and enjoy.
