1 lb ground seitan
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups powdered Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ cup unsweetened tomato sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
½ tsp liquid smoke
¼ cup baby kale, chopped roughly
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a medium pizza pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the seitan, salt, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Spread the mixture on the pizza pan to fit the shape of the pan.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the meat cooks.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl, mix the onion powder, garlic powder, tomato sauce, vinegar, and liquid smoke.
Remove the meat crust from the oven and spread the tomato mixture on top.
Add the kale and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Take out from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
