¼ cup unsalted butter (or butter-flavored coconut oil for dairy-free)
2 tablespoons fish stock or chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
Fresh basil sprigs, for garnish
1 Mise en place.
Preheat the air fryer oven to 350° F. Place the butter, fish
stock, lemon juice, garlic, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a 6 by 3-
inch pan, stir to combine, and place in the Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven.
Cook for 3 minutes, or until fragrant and the garlic has
softened.Add the shrimp and stir to coat the shrimp in the sauce.
5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, stirring after 3 minutes.
