Steamed Salmon & Sauce

PREP: 5 MINUTES • COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES • TOTAL: 15 MINUTES • SERVES: 2

Ingredients

1 cup Water
2 x 6 oz Fresh Salmon
2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
A Pinch of Salt for Each Fish
½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Dill (Keep a bit for garnishing)
A Pinch of Salt to Taste

Directions:

1 Mise en place

Pour the water into the bottom of the fryer and start heating to 285° F.

Drizzle oil over the fish and spread it. Salt the fish to taste.

2 Cooking

Now pop it into the fryer for 10 min.

In the meantime, mix the yogurt, cream, dill and a bit of salt to make the
sauce.

When the fish is done, serve with the sauce and garnish with sprigs
of dill.
