Strawberry Almond Muffins

3 eggs
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Swerve
5 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup strawberries, diced
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt


1. Preheat the cosori air fryer to 350 F.

2. In a bowl, beat together butter and swerve. Add eggs, cream, and
vanilla and beat until frothy.

3. Sift together almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

4. Add almond flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until
combined. Add strawberries and fold well.

5. Pour batter into the silicone muffin molds and place in the air fryer
basket. In batches.

6. Cook for 20 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy.
