1 Tempeh, shredded
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
8 oz dairy- free cream cheese (vegan
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
2 tbsp taco seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
Into the dish, put the tempeh, mayonnaise, cashew cream, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, and two-thirds of the cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix the Ingredients and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and is golden brown.
Remove the dish, plate, and serve with lettuce leaves.
