Tuna Melt Croquettes

Croquettes

Ingredients

2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons diced onions
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 large egg
1½ cups powdered Parmesan cheese
Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)

FOR SERVING (OPTIONAL):

Cherry tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Prepared yellow mustard

Directions:

1 Mise en place.

Preheat the air fryer oven to 400°F. Make the patties: In a
large bowl, stir together the tuna, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions,
mustard, and egg until well combined.

Place the pork dust in a shallow
bowl.

Form the tuna mixture into twelve 1½-inch balls.

Roll the balls and use your hands to press it into a thick crust around each ball.

Flatten the balls into ½-inch-thick patties.

2 Cooking.

Working in batches to avoid overcrowding, place the patties in
the Breville Smart Air Fryer Oven basket, leaving space between them.

Place the AirFryer Basket onto the Baking Pan. Put the assembled pan into
Rack Position 2.

Set oven to AirFry at 400°F Cook for 8 minutes, or until
golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through

Garnish the croquettes
with fresh dill, if desired, and serve with cherry tomatoes and dollops of
mayo and mustard on the side.
